Sunday reservations will not be accepted. Check-In time is after 3:00PM, Check-Out time is at 10:00AM Reservations for July 4th week will be for a minimum of 4 nights. Reservations for Labor Day, Memorial Day, and The Adirondack Car Show will be for a minimum of (3) nights. Deposits are required to reserve a unit Reservations for less than 1 week will require a $100 deposit Reservations for 1 week or more will require a $150 deposit Personal checks or money-orders are accepted for deposit only Balances are due on arrival Cash, travelers check, money-orders are accepted for final paymen Visa and Master Card will be accepted for RESERVATIONS MADE after July 4th Personal Checks are not accepted on arrival Guests are responsible for payment-in-full for the length of their reservation, this includes early checkouts. If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, 4 weeks notice is required, less a $25 service fee when the unit has been re-sold to another customer. Maid Service is not provided Reservations will be held until 6:00 pm on the scheduled day of arrival, unless sufficient notice is provided anticipating your late arrival Bed linens are provided, as are basic dishes, pots and pans, and charcoal grills Recommended items Beach or bath Towels Bath soaps and shampoos Charcoal for the Grill
