| Check-In-Time is after 3:00 PM and before 8:00 PM. It is okay if you are going to be late, but you must call and let us know. |
| Check-Out-Time is 10:00 AM, please do not be late, that’s not okay |
| All reservations require a 2 night minimum |
| A deposit in the amount of $100 is required for Daily reservations & $200 for Weekly reservations. Reservations are made via, Master Card, Visa or Money Order. A deposit guarantees your reservation and the cottage is taken off our availability list. |
| Refunds will be granted if notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the reservation, less a $25 service charge. Reservation deposits made 7 days or less prior to your arrival date will not be refunded.

Balance of Payment is due for all days reserved at time of Arrival in the form of Cash, Visa, Master Card, Money Orders or Travelers Checks. |
